Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

This service is provided by the PCB Auto Router project team. We recommend confirming with the free version whether the software meets your system environment, EDA workflow, and project requirements.

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The software cannot be installed or launched on your device
  • The software has a critical defect that we are unable to fix within a reasonable time
  • Authorization fails to activate properly and cannot be resolved after troubleshooting

After 14 days, refund requests are generally not accepted, except where otherwise required by law or Paddle's policies.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • More than 14 days have passed since purchase
  • You no longer wish to use the software for personal reasons unrelated to software quality
  • Refund requested after extensive use of the software
  • Account terminated due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Project losses resulting from failure to perform engineering validation, improper use of auto-routing results, or third-party EDA/manufacturing process issues

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, the subscription will be terminated immediately and no further charges will apply.

If you only wish to stop future charges, please cancel your subscription before renewal. Canceling your subscription will not automatically refund charges already incurred.

4. Lifetime License Refunds

Lifetime licenses are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Upon approval, the license will be revoked immediately.

5. How to Request a Refund

We will process your request within 3 business days. For orders paid through Paddle, refunds will be returned according to Paddle's processing procedures and to the original payment method.
