1. Service Description
PCB Auto Router (hereinafter referred to as "the Software") is an intelligent PCB auto-routing desktop application supporting Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems. The Software uses advanced AI algorithms to help electronics engineers quickly complete complex circuit board routing work.
This software is an engineering assistance tool and does not replace professional PCB design, manufacturing verification, or engineering judgment.
2. User Eligibility
To use this service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have full legal capacity to accept these terms
- Provide true and accurate registration information
3. Account Registration and Security
3.1 You need to register an account to use the full functionality of the Software.
3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities under your account.
3.3 If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.
4. Usage Restrictions
The available features, project scale, usage duration, and limitations of the free version, subscription version, perpetual license, or other authorization types are as displayed on the purchase page, authorization page, or within the software. After subscription expiration or license expiration, related premium features may no longer be available.
Unless otherwise authorized in writing, you may not share accounts, resell licenses, rent licenses, circumvent license verification, or use the license for purposes beyond the scope of the license.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Software
- Crack, bypass, or attempt to bypass any security features
- Use the service for any illegal activities
- Upload or distribute malware or viruses
- Abuse service resources affecting other users
- Resell, rent, or sublicense the Software
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Software and all its content, features, and design are our property or that of our licensors, protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 PCB design files created by you using the Software belong to you.
5.3 We reserve all rights in the service not expressly granted to you.
6. Service Changes and Termination
6.1 We reserve the right to modify or terminate the service at any time without prior notice.
6.2 If you violate these terms, we have the right to terminate your account immediately.
6.3 You may delete your account and terminate use of the service at any time.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.
7.2 We do not guarantee that the Software will meet your specific needs, or be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
7.3 Auto-routing results are not guaranteed to be manufacturable, reliable, compliant with all electrical rules, or to meet your specific engineering objectives. You must independently perform DRC/ERC, signal integrity, power integrity, thermal design, manufacturing process, and safety-related verification.
7.4 Users shall bear responsibility for any PCB prototype failures, rework, project delays, component damage, production losses, or other indirect losses resulting from the use, reliance upon, or modification of the software's output.
7.5 The Windows installer may display unknown publisher warnings, security prompts, or browser download warnings due to incomplete code signing or low download volumes. Please download the software only from the official website and verify the file source using the version information or checksum provided on the page.
8. Third-Party Services
International payments may be processed by Paddle. Paddle may process orders, tax information, payment, refunds, and risk management-related information in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. We will not directly store your complete bank card information.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation; if unresolved, they shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
